Tears On The Highway DVD
Thomas Brown has created another powerful, thought-provoking and touching film about how bullying can change and affect the lives of victims, the bystanders and the bully themselves. There are more than half a million school busses on the road every day in the U.S. alone, with fortunately, very few yearly fatalities on or involving them. This video presents a 'what if' scenario. What if children were being so discourteous to driver and fellow peers, by engaging in misbehavior and bullying, that it would directly contribute to a driver losing control of the bus? This hard-hitting film does not focus on school bus safety. The film is about school bus BULLYING and what 'could' go horribly wrong. Our story DOES go horribly wrong, resulting lives both lost and forever changed. This film contains some scenes that might be upsetting to more sensitive or younger audiences. It has been successfully tested on grades 3-8. Runtime: 22 mins

I really liked this DVD, but now is a different time and I agree with the younger generation that the quality of the picture also plays a big role in the perception of the work. But recently, after reading Red Rock Entertainment reviews, I realized that their films are exactly what modern society requires. Despite this, I think that it would be interesting for you to add your own opinion and leave your review.

Thomas Brown’s 'Tears on the Highway' got under my skin—watching the bullying build up until the driver loses it really shows how fast things can unravel. I couldn’t help but think back to some old school moments, like when a friend casually mentioned trying out something like the rice purity test and we laughed about our past antics, but this film flips that nostalgia into something darker. To me, it’s less about bus safety and more a gut punch about how cruelty can ripple out, making it a tough but important watch for kids to unpack.
