May 18, 2010
I am part of a team of educators and filmmakers creating a multi-platform documentary time-capsule that will be filmed on one day (October 10th - 10/10/10) in EVERY country in the world.
We hope to get school groups involved by providing teachers with educational toolkits including syllabi, lesson plans, demonstrative videos, and slides; for the purpose of guiding students through the process of shooting a 1-day documentary. Our course materials are flexible and can be integrated as a project into any subject, and for any length of time.
We hope that you and your students will join us: www.onedayonearth.org
